China’s magnesia export market slow; fewer higher offers
China’s overall magnesia market was slow over the week to Tuesday January 19 with prices unchanged amid poor end-user demand, while producers started to lower offer prices for some grades of magnesia, sources said.
China’s magnesia market was flat with limited new orders from overseas buyers, and some producers lowering offers for fused magnesia (FM) and high-grade dead burned magnesia (DBM) after market participants found their higher prices could not attract new orders or conclude deals.
